• Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing.
• Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments.
• Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
• Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any related field
• With 1 - 3 years of working background in a banking operations environment, with a processing role experience.
• Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to deliver under tight deadlines and under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate drive to deliver high quality results and commitment to personal goals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources and complex transactions to identify trends, and insights that inform data solutioning processes
