Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the process industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience in process industry
• Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Good project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with local BD/Account Manager, Presales to effectively deliver projects using consultative skills and CMI’s products and services to meet prospect requirements.
• Work collaboratively with customers to achieve project milestones, overcome sales obstacles through creative solutions, and coordinate post-sales activities.
• Managed and motivated project team members/partner/supplier for successful and on-time delivery of network and ICT solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Created project plans, articulating project definition, technical design specifications, quality baselines, development, budget and resources through test, acceptance and maintenance.
• Cultivated and delivered product training and project handover for relevant team colleagues and customer. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and goals
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field

Requirements and skills

· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role

· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

· Familiarity with restaurant management software

· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

· Acute financial management skills
