To be a senior contributor in the Trust Services team, supporting the Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) to lead and manage the Private Clients team to be an effective, efficient and profitable part of Ocorian.

The candidate will be responsible for the client administrative delivery, operations and service standards of their area whilst creating strong profitable relationships with clients.

To motivate and promote a culture of teamwork through excellent leadership and mentoring.

Main responsibilities

Support the local Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) in his/her overall duties, including but not limited to, overseeing the daily client administration, operational aspects, ongoing regulatory and compliance oversight, business development efforts, and motivating the team.

To support and mentor the Trust Services team including assisting with ongoing client responsibilities, in addition to supporting with the management of the Group.

Guide, motivate and oversee the Trust officers and managers to ensure excellence in client delivery, within agreed timelines whilst esteeming appropriate risk mitigation.

Support and ensure performance targets of the Private Clients team are on track and motivating.

To manage the day-to-day administration of the Private Client team specifically covering a varied and complex portfolio of trust structures, and to maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of trust and corporate administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation.

Acquire a thorough understanding of the structures used by clients and the reasons for so doing.

Act as Director and/or bank account signatory for Private Clients client companies

Act as Resident Manager for Ocorian Singapore Trust Company

Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for investment holding companies underlying Trust structures where appropriate.

Foster close working relationships with other service and support lines in the local office and Group.

To ensure absolute compliance with KYC procedures whilst maintaining knowledge of the client business and operational workloads.

Work closely with Business Development and Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) with the on-boarding of new business within the Group.

To ensure prompt billing and cash collection are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.

Any other such duties that would be reasonably required for this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and experience

An enhanced level of technical knowledge to include more complex areas of trust services, investments, accounting and tax legislation and regulation. This includes Discretionary trust, Reserved Power Trust, Revocable/Irrevocable Trust, Private Trust Company (PTC), etc.

Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or STEP preferred) together with a minimum of eight years relevant experience in the trust industry.

3-5 years of experience in management level or managing teams.

Excellent organisational and client management skills, together with full knowledge of current company and trust legislation, and the local regulatory environment. This includes a high level of awareness of risk factors and compliance procedures.

Professional manner with the ability to relate to persons at all levels, and to identify client's needs, responding to these quickly and effectively.

Excellent people management skills to include high level of integrity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Good organisational and people management skills, together with a thorough understanding of client issues within the Group.

Self-motivation and proactive skills, coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills essential to maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Good interpersonal skills, with flexibility to attend after-hours functions where relevant.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of Ocorian’s strategy, procedures and policies, compliance and technical issues to enable you to act as role model for peer group and junior staff.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking clients

Marketing Plan and Revenue Management

· Comfortably and confidently answers questions and attends to queries or feedback regarding the restaurant.

· Makes recommendations to the manager on other potential sources of revenue e.g. promotions etc.

· Works closely with the manager to implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs, expenses, and labour.

· Submits monthly sales analysis with improvement action plan.

· Uses revenue management tools to generate reports.

· Ensures all reports generated are accurate before submission.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

· Conducts regular on the job trainings for colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.

· Records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Food & Beverage Office before the 15th of each month.

· Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.

· Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.

· Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.

Other Responsibilities

· Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the manager. Coordinates all functions with Culinary Team, Catering Sales Team and Service Team to ensure maximum efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team and lead the development and customization of AEM-based websites. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture, hands-on experience with developing AEM components, and expertise in integrating AEM with other platforms. This role is critical for delivering scalable, high-performance websites using Adobe’s Content Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly).
• Implement front-end designs within AEM, ensuring responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Design content models and implement AEM-specific functionalities like editable templates,policies, and inheritance structures.
• Configure and manage workflows to optimize content authoring and publishing processes.

• Integrate AEM with third-party services using RESTful APIs, SOAP, or GraphQL.

• Debug issues related to AEM platform, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Provide ongoing support for content authors and site administrators.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliveruser-centered experiences.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and processworkflows.

Prerequisites

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or CS Edge Delivery Services.
• Adobe Experience Manager Developer Certification is a must.
• Familiarity with localization and multilingual AEM setups.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on development with AEM (versions 6.5 or later)
• Strong knowledge of Sling Models, OSGi configurations, and JCR repository.
• Proficiency with HTL (Sightly) for front-end templating.
• Experience with Java, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue as they relate to AEMbackend and front-end development.
• Understanding of Maven for build automation.
• Experienced with developing AEM components
• Experienced with system integration, development, and package implementation
• Experienced with integration with other Adobe Products (e.g. AA, AT, ACS)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Adobe Certified Expert in AEM is preferred but not required
• Experience configuring AEM Dispatcher and troubleshooting caching issues.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
