JOB DUTIES AS FOLLOWS:-
-Provide support to director and managers as and when required.
-Update internal operation procedures documents needed.
-Coordinate with Manger to arrange the jobsite schedule and to provide follow-ups.
-Assist the project manager to estimate the workfoce arrangement.
-Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
-Works with HR manage for hiring and interviews;
- Assist in contraction workers application, course registration and work pass processing;
- Have a good record of worker's domitory;
- Assist in payrol and salary payment;
- Support the administrative works at jobsite;
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
- Inform and assist the director and managers for meeting set-up and document preparation.
- filing and computer office works like word,excel,power point and pdf.
- Other job assigned.
Requirements:
1) Willing to work at office or job site office environment.
2) Prefer someone with good communicationskill and leadership.;
3) At least 2 years related experience ;
4) Must be willing to work over-time and stay back late for works;
5) someone willing to take hardship job;
6) Willing to work on weekends or public holidays for essential job.
7) A valid driving licence and experience in driver is a plus point.
