As Management Associate, you will support our Chief of Staff in the execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to help Geniebook achieve its mission of being the largest education company in Southeast Asia. Jobscope:

• Manage cross-functional strategic projects under the Chief of Staff’s guidance to help Geniebook achieve its mission of being the largest education company in Southeast Asia
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on key projects
• Provide high-level administrative support to the company, including monitoring key business metrics, planning and facilitation of leadership meetings and Company Round-Ups, and preparing reports to investors and the Board
• Explore and follow through on potential partnerships, new business opportunities, and new revenue streams for Geniebook
• Identify high-leverage opportunities for improvement within the company, devise solutions, and bring them to life to create organisation-wide impact
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required (no two days are the same!)
