Dining Area

EH&S

Schedule

• Provide input into the development of the overall progress schedule in conjunction with the Project Scheduler.
• If subcontractors are not providing sufficient work force and hours of work to achieve schedule, agree method of rectification with LL CM and implement with required contractors.
• Monitor actual versus target or required performance by subcontractors.
• Manage the MEP design; shop drawing and submittal approval so that it does not affect procurement of equipment or works starting on site.  So that work is started and completed in the correct sequence for the benefit of the whole schedule.  Sequencing of work in the correct sequence is the first priority.
• Take a lead role to make sure Package Engineers plan commissioning and Turnover.

Quality Control

• In coordination with document control establish, maintain, conduct and supervise detailed procedures for the submittal, review, coordination, approval, and distribution of shop drawings, samples, etc.
• Ensure that the Package Engineers and Field Engineers are aware of the requirements of the Quality Plan.
• Assign suitably qualified Package Engineers and Field Engineers for specific QC inspection duties such as FAT’s and SAT’s.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the project requirements – drawings, specifications, procedures.
• Make sure there is good coordination with LL QA/QC and the Package Engineers in matters relating to the administration of quality control procedures on the jobsite.
