Your role will focus on developing and extending Citywire Asia’s relationships with key fund buyers within private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, family offices, and insurance companies across Asia. The Audience Development team is seen as the engine room of market intelligence for the company, and as such you will be regularly meeting members of our audience to profile them in articles and secure their participation in Citywire events and thought leadership research.
Main Responsibilities:
-Build relationships, engage, and network with buy-side bankers and investors independently.
-Recruit and confirm high-profile industry figures to speak at our renowned industry events.
-Delegate recruitment – recruit bankers to our invite-only, free-of-charge virtual and physical events.
-Participate in and attend Citywire events and other selected industry functions.
-Arrange interviews and confirm written and video comments from key industry figures.
-Ensure our CRM system is updated with clean data.
-Gather responses and information for Citywire research projects.

-Enthusiastic and tenacious, you will act as a brand ambassador for Citywire.

-Considerable experience in a client-facing role; confidence and a professional manner are essential when representing Citywire to our clients.
-Experience working within B2B media, and some basic knowledge of investments/capital markets would be advantageous.
-Flexibility to frequently travel around the region to develop existing relationships and establish new ones.
