You will assist the head of department in managing and supervising the operational and administrative activities of the outpatient clinics, including supporting the clinicians in managing their clinic resource setup. You will be involved in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of workplans and clinic resources, preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets, as well as ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation and utilisation. You will manage manpower resources for services in the clinics, oversee clinic infrastructure and improvement projects to enhance service delivery, and provide prompt service recovery when needed.
