Job Descriptions:.

• Engage as a key team member in the Program Management Office (PMO) under the HR Digital Transformation initiative.
• Project governance: Assist in implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
• Project portfolio management: Assist the PMO Lead who will oversee the organization's project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Project planning and control: Assisting project managers in developing project plans, defining project scope, estimating resources and timelines, and monitoring project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
