As the Talent Management Lead, you will lead the talent management and learning & development initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or organizational development roles, preferably in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
