Job responsibilities:

• Involved in full product development cycle from concept, engineering calculation, detail design, component selection and engineering drawings.
• Ensure product design meets mandatory and quality requirement, within targeted cost and project timeline.

Responsibilities:

- Reports to Operations Manager/Project Engineer, coordinate between Project Team and Vendors.

- Hands on experience on servicing and troubleshooting of machineries and equipment.

- Plan PM & CM schedule and monitor status.

- Plan, supervise and manage daily work schedule for workers.

- Monitor Stock/spare parts level.

- Willing to hands on technical & mechanical repair work.

- Lead a team of workers, oversee warehouse, workshop & assembly operations to meet delivery times.

- Assist engineers on all the equipment maintenance & repair monitoring, arrange and coordinate with customers

- Purchase, plan and expediting of accessories & spare parts from suppliers.

- Arrange for test, inspection and packing of assembled products

1. Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.

2. Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.

3. Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.

4. Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.

5. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.

6. Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company. They will have to ensure the protection and safety equipment is 100 per cent tried and tested for safe use.

7. Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter.

8. Additional responsibilities include having to arrange for the safety gear and equipment they need to do their work.

9. Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.

10, Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and QC supervisor to talk about the project updates and completion.

11. Assisting the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air and hydronic fitting.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 3-4 years experience

2. Prefer Shipyard experience.
