• To assist in contract administration which include cash flow/ budgetary forecasts, cost estimates, cost data analysis, tender evaluation, processing of payments, claims, variation orders and preparation of reports and approval papers
• To ensure that contracts are administered in accordance with executed contract documents

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal operation, M&E and Design team for interfacing works affecting architectural items
• Attending meeting with client, consultants or sub-con to discuss all architectural related issues.

Requirements:

1. Degree in engineering specialization in electrical and electronics engineering.

· Have experience in engineering life cycle of Power Projects and have gone through all phases of project starting from FEED stage to conceptual and basic design to detailed engineering, procurement, tendering, construction to commissioning.

· Programing skills PLC, SCADA, AUTO CAD

· At least 6 years’ experience in local project

1. Plan, execute and reporting of Maintenance Planning, SDM planning, Training plan, training recommendation, Weekly and Monthly report, Staff performance appraisal

2. Responsible for PM development and implementation (iMan), Daily PM activities and daily patrol, Process & Equipment improvement, Equipment daily issue and Drawing updates

3. Responsible for Vendor evaluation, ECR report and action items, Equipment disposal, Development of Safety procedure

4. Responsible to ensure that equipment are properly designed and installe and performing effectively and efficiently.

5. Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques.

6. Reviews deficiencies noted during CM and provides technical guidance for CMMS (iMan).

7. Maintains and advice on the use and disposition of spares.

8. Promotes equipment standardization.

9. Consults with maintenance crafts workers on technical issues and monitors new tool and technology.

10. Develops standards for major maintenance and make cost effective benefits review of maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & oversee electrical/instrumentation/DCS engineering projects from the basic/detail engineering to installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Design and specify E&I equipment, control systems, instrumentation, review contractor/vendor specifications and drawings in liaison with the project team.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, resources allocation and management, and risk management strategies.
• Provide an on-site engineering service between contractor and internal project team to maintain control of construction including site safety, supervision, and safe work permit coordination.
• Review technical problems arising during construction, ensuring significant matters are formally resolved between contractor and internal project team.
• Report to project manager and liaises with other discipline engineers to ensure proper coordination and interface among different disciplines.
• Ensure that pertaining engineering activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements & specification.
• Investigate variation order and make recommendation for resolution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including project management, discipline engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve E&I issues during the execution & commissioning phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct vendor workshop (FAT) and/ or construction site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Develop and review project reports, including status updates, budget reports and technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure effectiveness communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Bachelor of Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in an electrical & instrumentation engineering of EPC of chemical process plant.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from the detail engineering, construction, commissioning, start-up, and completion hand-over.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, DCS (Yokogawa) and PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) programming.
• Strong understanding of electrical & instrumentation engineering principles, codes (NEC), and standards (local – Singapore Standard Code of Practice & international)
• Excellent leadership, communication, supervision, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently & effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such MS Project or similar software.
• Possess relevant digital skills to collect, analyze and visualize data such as Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL.
• Strong problem solving, organizational skills, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work beyond normal working hours if needed.
