Job Responsibilities

I Homework supervision and Classroom Management

1. Supervise primary school children in their daily school homework, help them learn and prepare them for their

spelling test in school.

2. Ensure that all daily school homework assigned by the school is completed before the child leaves the centre f

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Marketing Director to lead our efforts in establishing and expanding our sales and marketing channels between China and the ASEAN countries. This role is crucial for our strategic growth and requires a professional who is deeply knowledgeable about both markets. We also welcome candidates who has an interest to take a small equity stake in the company given the seniority of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the China-ASEAN corridor, focusing on food-related and nursing equipment products.
• Channel Building: Identify, develop, and manage sales and marketing channels, including distributors, agents, and partnerships, to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the China and ASEAN markets, adapting strategies as necessary.

In charge of day to day running of the salon across Singapore, increasing sales and training of junior hair stylist. Must have at least 5 years of hair dressing experience and 2 year of leading teams within the hair and beauty arena. Responsible to calculate and bank in daily takings and monitoring of staff performance.

Job Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for carrying out TADM’s role of providing fair and expeditious resolution of salary and contractual employment claims between migrant workers and their employers through a holistic case management approach. This involves:

(i) Overseeing TADM Service Centre at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Service Centre (TADM@MOMSC), ensuring seamless end-to-end case management operations, from claims lodgement, mediation to payment monitoring;

(ii) Formulating and reviewing all operations concepts and work procedures at TADM@MOMSC to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant;

(iii) Developing strategies and measures to help migrant workers and their employers resolve salary disputes upstream without claims lodgement and avoid future disputes;

(iv) Facilitating MOM services for migrant workers where required, such as special pass issuance;

(v) Aligning operations of TADM@MOMSC with policy directions and strategic outcomes;

(vi) Establishing partnerships and collaborations on case management with internal and external stakeholders and partners, and representing TADM on migrant workers matters;

(vii) Building a strong organisational culture of business and service excellence at TADM@MOMSC; and

(viii) Building capabilities in systems and processes for effective and efficient case management and sensing.

The job holder will lead and manage about 50 staff in four teams, and report to the General Manager of TADM.

Job Requirements:

• A tertiary qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in high caseload operations management
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a functional role which requires application of employment legislations, contract law and/or human resource
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams
• Strong strategic and critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and engagement skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate and write effectively
• Good knowledge of employment legislations, tripartite guidelines and advisories, and contract law
