• Lead our IT recruitment team and oversee the hiring process for our technical positions. As a Head of Recruitment for Technology Roles, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full cycle of IT recruitment, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent for our IT department.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technical recruiters, ensuring they deliver high-quality results and meet their targets. Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies, using various sourcing methods and platforms, such as job boards, social media, online communities, referrals, etc.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Recruitment, Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or a similar role in the IT industry.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters, preferably in a technical domain.
