We are looking for an IT Business Analyst:

• To beef up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.
• To work with Product Managers and Operation users from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS) on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production. CSC Business Analyst is also responsible to define the test scope of SIT, UAT, and NRT and validating test outcomes with the users and testers.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5–8 years of total experience with last 2–3 years as IT Business Analyst, preferable in the domain of Trade Financing or supply chain Financing / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall SDLC mix project delivery environment with large number of stakeholders and users involved.

Analyse and underwrite all LOGOS Renewables’ projects (solar, wind, BESS, EV, green hydrogen)

Lead research, analysis, reporting and support execution of LOGOS Renewables’business plan, with workstreams to include but not limited to:

• Process order into inhouse ERP system
• Record and administer customer offer and order progress information, according to CRSM system requirements.
• Organize and chair necessary meetings

Reports

• Follow up orders received and confirm authorized orders to clients

• Initiate instructions for the transportation of finished goods to the Supply Chain Department

Invoicing

• Ensure completion of all orders related information is ready to prepare the invoice to the customer upon delivery of the items or services as agreed rates and terms
• Monitoring when the payment is received confirmation is received from client and initiating the order execution in case of advance payment

Teamwork and innovation

• Identify deviation and/or distortions which will be reported to the designated AM
• Provide ideas, suggestions and interpretation for improvement for customer relation management and further growth of the Company

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key point of control and support to Trading (based on the trading floor)
• Set-up and maintenance of structured products (across all asset classes) in the risk-management system (Sophis)
• Setting up and booking associated hedging products
• Performing P&L sensitivity checks on new bookings/trades
• Liaising with Trading, Quants and Risk in order to replicate new or complex pay-offs

An experienced SAP HCM Support Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules. The SAP HCM Support Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and solutions for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
