· Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computing or equivalent.

· 2nd language ability preferred to communicate and liaise with HQ.

• Preferred experience with IP-based networks and understanding of Network and Application Management protocols,including Server (UNIX or Linux).
• Additional experience in security, Storage and Video technologies is highly desirable.
• Experiences in C++, and Java programming, will be an advantage.
• Three years of industry or technical experience (network engineer, network administrator, system administrator or similar surveillance / IT-related job function)
