Summary of Role

We are looking for a Technology Quality Engineer to join our team as part of the Global Quality team. The successful candidate will work with the TRB GPO (Global Process Owner) Lead to strategize, develop, implement, monitor, and improve Technology Development & Process Transfer related business process across the organization.

Your Job:

• Accountable for effective execution of the TRB (Technology Review Board) business process at our fabrication (Fab) sites to enable flawless execution on technology development and process transfers.
• Work with TRB Quorum and stakeholders which includes the project team, technical leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), management for technology development and process transfers.
• Validate the technology development and process transfer deliverables against predefined criteria.
• Active engagement with the Fab(s) project team(s) to utilize quality methods and best practices to enhance the overall quality/scope, speed/schedule and cost of technology development/transfer projects and ensure flawless execution through risk-based thinking.
• Proactively work with peers, SMEs, stakeholders and drive risk-based thinking and agreement on continual improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner (GPO) and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance initiatives with overall business objectives, meet compliance requirements and drive towards TRB process excellence.
• Monitor and analyze TRB KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and work with business functions to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate and communicate process changes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent as interface to global TRB process at local Fab certification audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science; Masters/PhD
• 5-8 years of work experience in or across semiconductor process technology, R&D and/or Process Transfer Projects, Module Engineering, Design Enablement, Device Engineering, Reliability, or related domains
• Fast learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business functions and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Joining as part of the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree’s pre-opening team, our Duty Engineers will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the Resort’s facilities, including all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

The AV Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to students, teachers and staff and answering general inquiries for all audio visual technologies. Requirement:

• Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Perform visual and functional checks on Swagelok products on site as requested by clients.

· Provide site supervision on contractors for proper installation of Swagelok products.

· Execute service contracts that sales department has accepted.

· Handle trouble shooting on Swagelok products on site and identify any leaking or faulty installation of Swagelok components (Swagelok product training will be provided)

· Communicate with workers on site and supervise their tasks.

· Present on improvement plans that generate pull through of product sales.

· Work closely with Sales to promote on-site services contracts.

· Provide both technical and market insight support to sales department for Oil & Gas market and mechanical packages.

· Involved to analyse on-site issues and coordinate with sales department to come out with a solution to resolve the matters.

· To lead and drive the field services business in Singapore, Philippines, and Brunei.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Instrument / Mechanical engineering or strong science/technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant onsite sales experience in instrumentation or process industry.

- Ability to solve complex problems and complete multiple projects using problem solving methods to make sound engineering decisions.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), QuickBooks/SAP B1 and ability to learn business systems and other software platforms as required

· Review and approve DFM with mold maker and customer

Requirements:
