Responsibilities:

• Study client’s requirement and provide optimal logistics operating solutions.
• Work closely with operations to identify any out-of-scope requests, generate change request forms and update standard operating procedures.
• Be the key point of contact between business and its clients, building strategic partnerships, overseeing business performance to strengthen existing client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date client profile with contract expiry dates and perform contract renewal with clients nearing to the expiry dates.

• Effectively managing, developing, and training the service desk team.
• Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Champion the Air Conditioner product by executing the product vision and strategy

· Bring expertise and deep knowledge of market needs, identify unspoken pain points and problems

· Stay updated on industry standards and regulations and monitor market trends for sustainable innovation

· Constantly evaluate and enhance product strategy to increase sales and profitability

· Look at Profit and Loss analysis and profit improvement. Analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance profitability

· Thoroughly research markets and competitors to understand implications and develop an action plan

· Lead ideation, solution creation, and value positioning by leveraging technical acumen

· Compare competitors’ products through benchmarking, analyzing specifications and pricing

· Drive Product Portfolio Management (PPM) and Product Road Map (PRM) through optimal product mix and pricing strategies for profitable growth

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or a related field

· 6+ years’ experience in product management / development in relevant industries

· Strong business acumen and commercial mindset to connect technology, product features and customer benefits

· Experience in international, multi-cultural / multi-layered, dynamic environment

· Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

· Agility and resilience to work and influence within Samsung matrix environment at a local, regional and global level

• Ensure sufficient staffing levels are in place to cover all absence and holiday dates.
