Order Management

Position Summary / Project Description

The DC/FM role will be assisting in managing of the Data Centre facility like power, cooling, space and Asset inventory. He or she will need to work closely with DCFM Lead and the project team to deliver the project within the timeline.

Years of Experience

At least 1 - 2 years’ experience working in Data Centre and Facility management operations in day to day operations and maintaining IT systems.

Role and Responsibilities

§ Perform health monitoring of the DC M&E equipment

§ Attend to users’ request related to DC FM

§ Assist with cabling works within the DC

§ Monitor ticketing system and follow up on necessary actions

§ Pre M&E maintenance works related to DC M&E equipment

§ Post M&E maintenance works related to DC M&E equipment

§ Attend to user enquiry about Co-Location via Service request

§ Monitor power utilization for equipment in DC

§ Monitor of rack space utilization in DC

§ Work with vendor to identify Operational Technology (OT) devices

§ Prepare risk register for vulnerabilities devices, inclusive of vulnerabilities assessment scanning

§ Ensure all DC asset movement activities are updated

§ Assist DC manager and Team lead in reporting generating.

Requirements:

§ Required to be on 24 x 7 standby.

§ Displays willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he / she does.

§ Able to articulate effectively and works well within a team.

§ Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Main Purpose

LNG Cargo operations and trader support.

Possibly supporting other Product desks in the future.

Co-ordinates all aspects of the post-deal trading activity to ensure contract execution runs smoothly.

Provide commercial/market information to the trader as necessary.

Co-ordinate shipping/logistics in order to effect the trade successfully.

Assists in the research of new business opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· At least 5 years of LNG operations experience and relevant industry experience.

· Good knowledge of LNG logistic operations is critical.

· Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure

· Management of Supply and Stock – supply planning, progression and forecasting

· Ability to establish good working relationships with relevant counterparties

· Strong communication skills and numeral literacy are very important.

· Analytical and possesses commercial instinct

· Good coordination and planning skills to liaise on tight logistics deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Plan and forecast supply and stock management of oil products in Asia Pacific. Liaise with Inspector, agent, ship brokers, trade counterparties, storage terminals and internal department to ensure smooth physical operations. Minimize cost and pursue optimization of operations. Establish good working relationships with counterparties.

The organization is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support synthetic-related outsourcing associated with execution of external development, commercial and clinical supply. The position will have a focus in synthetic small molecule drug substance/process chemistry and serve as a key enabling role in a high- performing cross-functional organization. Individual projects may span development, sourcing (e.g., requests for proposal and site selection), supplier onboarding, and manufacturing activities for both non-GMP and GMP commercial / clinical deliverables.The Contract Development and Manufacturing team develops and implements the external sourcing strategy for the firm's portfolio from early phase through commercial delivery. This role will support engagement and oversight of the client's Contract Development and Manufacturing sites through executing activities according to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles and the business practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Day-to-day oversight for external synthetic/process chemistry-related projects:

• Overseeing ongoing activities at selected sites along with any subcontracted sites to ensure project deliverables, including compliance, timelines, product quality, and cost
• Working closely with the team and internal stakeholders to support sourcing activities, including managing scope of work (SoW) and quotation request documents
• Coordinating requests for shipment of materials/samples between sites
• Managing purchase orders and invoices
• Overseeing deviations investigations and change managements as needed
• Performing other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree & 5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• General knowledge of synthetic drug development and manufacture
• Strong understanding of cGMP and Regulatory/CMC policies and requirements
  Experience with interfacing and managing CRO and CMO relationships
• Experience with change management, deviation investigations and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
• Understanding of tech transfer, drug development and commercialization of synthetic therapeutics
• Experience working in cross-functional settings
• Experience as a team member or leader of cross-functional or matrix team
• Strong Project management and coordination skills/experiences
• Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills both written and verbal

• Monitor materials status of the China CM and EU CM and materials fulfilment to meet sale orders demand and forecast demand.
• Manage site inventory and PO to suppliers and make sure CM can cover the demand according to supply Lead Time.
• Release PO to suppliers on behalf of external factory, handle delivery or PO supersede by CM, arrange allocation and shipment to CM.
• Develop related operations flow and documented as standard operating procedures for the internal and outsourcing supply chain process.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of Planning/Supply Chain experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of the Supply Chain and MRP activities.
• Proficient in SAP system.
