Job Description

• Manage AP2/AP1 forecasting. Allocation Party 1 (customer level forecast) or Party 2(company level)
• Oversee inventory management, including production confirmation, internal stock transfer requests, and aging analysis/projections.
• Understand ongoing and upcoming promotion plans; collaborate with PMs to forecast and ensure stock availability. Track progress and take timely actions as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly SCM meetings.
• Communicate with the team regarding supply status based on Return to Forecast (RTF), including production capabilities, shortfalls, and allocations.
• Conduct monthly revenue simulations using forecasts and RTF data.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on weekly order management to achieve on-time delivery.

Scope

• Responsible for sourcing required direct and indirect materials, dealing with vendors and negotiating for the best price and payment term from both local and overseas vendors.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Handle, cut ,dump and pack bags weighing as much as 25kg into blenders /mixers or bags as many 8MT per shift.

- Handle drums and related equipment.

- Utilize weighing scales and floor scales to properly weigh the required material.

- Document the material / lot number.

- Operate forklift , hand pallet jacks and hand trucks.

- Print and label packaging

- Fabricate boxes / supersack for packaging of finished products.

- Assist in cleaning other areas within the department.

- Complete any other assignment given by the Supervisor.

• Possess Forklift License is at advantage but not necessary
