Major Role and Responsibilities:

1) Senior/Demand & Supply role

• Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations, mid-long term sales forecasting for countries
• Work closely with counterparts such as cross functional team and distributor to maximize sales with appropriate production
• Create monthly demand & supply plan and negotiate with distributor
• Explain demand & supply thinking way to cross function team to secure production allocation for future months
• Simulate and create rundown to discuss with distributor based on supply outcome
• Input monthly full spec orders into global system and ensure accurate orders is sent to production side
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasures with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap

2) Pricing role

• Develop Pricing strategy for each product to be distributed in Indonesia
• Responsible for each new product launch, minor change, improvement, general price increase
• Consider each product pricing and profit request and to maximise sales and profit
• Prepare pricing for management approval
• Responsible for department budget and submission

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Finance
