Working hours

Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Thursday and Friday: 8am to 530pm (including 1 hour lunch)

44 working hours, 5 days a week.

Monday: 9am to 5pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Saturday: 8am to 1pm (no lunch)

44 working hours, 5.5 working days a week. If the candidate prefers to adjust the work start and end timings, that can be discussed during interview.

Scope of work:

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
• To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
• To manage incoming and outgoing mails
• To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
• To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary

Qualifications, Skill & Experience

• ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level;
• Is able to speak English and Mandarin;
• Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries;
• Able to use Microsoft Office software applications;
• Should preferably have similar working experience in a school environment.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

What you'll be doing

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for local and remote users, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Monitor and maintain end-user devices, including installations, configurations, and updates
• Manage IT assets, including tech refresh, preventive maintenance, and software licenses
• Oversee procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring efficient processes and vendor management
• Maintain accurate asset records and ensure stock availability for end-user computing needs
• Support the implementation of new technologies to enhance system efficiency
• Perform additional IT tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma level and above in Information Technology
• 1 - 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community, preferably in Healthcare
• Proficient in task tracking and resolving minor IT issues
