MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing financial assistance to underprivileged families or individuals under BRMC care through reviewing and assessing needs/intervention goals/objectives and recommending intervention strategies, as well as monitoring/evaluating intervention strategies and preparation/submission of reports.
• Caring for and befriending underprivileged families or individuals.
• Providing funds/financial aid to institutions that look after marginalized people.
• Initializing, planning and organizing group fellowship for beneficiaries through festive events (support special OSC-related events/outings)
• Strategizing and encouraging congregation participation in the Outreach and Social Concerns ministry and its activities and providing spiritual nurture and appropriate training to volunteers/befrienders.
• Liaise between the ministry committee and the pastors’ office.
• Monitor the state of the ministry and feedback to the pastors’ office.
• Performing additional tasks when assigned by pastors or immediate supervisors in current ministry and/or other ministries, including but not limited to performing home/hospitalization visitations, bereavement ministry, serving as assigned in church services, and conducting of membership interviews.

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Support Project Team on technical and conceptual design matters.

· Support Project Team on the clarification of scope, if required.

· Adhere to ISO procedures and standards.

· Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements

· 4 - 5 years relevant experience with industry knowledge is an advantage (Digital signage)

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written and presentation

· Results driven.

· Ability to manage a group of people and set business strategy and execute.

· Ability to set goals and deadlines and to manage to schedule and deadlines.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

· Experience with MS Office tools required, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Some travel may be required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
