We’re looking for a Customer Support Strategy and Reporting Lead to join our Customer Support team in either our Singapore office. Customer Support Strategy and Reporting Lead is someone who designs strategies, plans, and guides analytics for Wise Customer Support.

Your mission:

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client through 6-9 months of employment via monthly calls or visits to ensure sustained employment.
• Manage client’s expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements.
• Work closely with Yellow Ribbon staff to transfer client to Ingeus and provide appropriate support to the client.

The Production Support Lead is responsible for providing L1 and L2 support for Java applications covering 24 x 7 services. Required to provide technical support or guidance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and with other departments to identify and resolve Application issues. (Splunk experience is mandatory.)

Required Technical Background:

• A high degree of analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities having experience with 8+ years of Java Production Support (In L1 and L2 Support).
