• Responsibilities include setting up new computers for various purposes, supporting Point of Sales (POS) counters, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring software patches are up-to-date, and managing supplies for printers.
• The position also involves assisting users with tickets and IT-related issues, monitoring and updating sales reports from POS systems, and supporting testing for new releases and system modifications.
• Maintenance and support for various systems, including HR/Payroll, E-Leave, and POS, are essential, and tracking computer inventories is part of the role.
