The Techno-Functional Support Specialist will be a member of the IT BAU team, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of these systems and provide support for applications such as cloud Procurement, General ledger, Accounts payable, iExpense, Accounts receivable, and Fixed assets.

As the expert analyst within the IT team, the Support Specialist will collaborate with various teams including tech infrastructure, application services, solutioning, project teams, and business users of the bank. Roles/Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
