As the Family Support Officer, you will be responsible to implement initiatives to strengthen attendance and social support for children and their families. This includes monitoring and analysing attendance records and other data to identify those requiring more support, engaging and building strong rapport with the parents, and working closely with them to identify and overcome barriers to improving attendance. • Carry out regular and effective engagements with parents:To plan ahead engagement strategies and carry out engagements with parents of identified children.
