Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. Job Duties:

Credit Control and Liaising Matters

• Ensure timely settlements from Clients/Reinsurers in accordance to contract terms and procedures
• Reconcile outstanding balances with Clients/Reinsurers, identify problem areas and discuss issues/suggested solutions to resolve matters within the team

About the job

Your role involves:

Engaging with business stakeholders, translating function specifications to technical solutions

Leading end to end SAP MM / WM project enhancement implementation rollouts on a regional scale

Handling support and change request for SAP MM / WM

Working closely with the other SAP team members to ensure integration with other modules (SAP PP, QM, SD, and FICO) is carried out smoothly

Developing training materials and conduct training

Managing external vendors, ensure that SLA is being adhered to

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in SAP MM. You should have led at least 1 end to end SAP projects across Asia. At least 5 years of experience in engaging external vendors or business stakeholders directly at a regional level.

Candidates with exposure to integration with out modules such as (SAP SD, PP, QM, and FICO) will be of added advantage.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our team within a major insurance company. This role is integral in supporting our business units, primarily focused on non-life insurance products, and will involve collaboration with various regional stakeholders. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering requirements, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, with a focus on non-life insurance products.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions to optimize workflow and increase efficiency within business operations.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, risk identification, and issue resolution to ensure smooth project execution.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to provide insights on business performance, product offerings, and process efficiency. Prepare and present reports to support decision-making.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance sector, with a strong emphasis on non-life insurance products.
• Insurance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance products is essential; familiarity with a range of insurance products is an advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using analytical tools and systems to support data-driven insights. Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques is highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions tailored to business needs.
