The data team has grown from 1 Business Intelligence Analyst to 4 members in the past year. The team's vision, mission, and scope have expanded from on-demand reporting to high-scale data management platform engineering. In this role, you will focus on producing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of critical trading data. Your insights and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the efficiency and performance of our trading operations.

Your mission will be to

• Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in requirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health/shield insurance systems and integrations
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies, e.g. sprints, product backlogs, user stories
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory aspects of Insurance industry
