Position Purpose

• To beef up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.

• To work with Product Managers and Operation users from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS) on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production. Overview of The Department

Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU) sits within the Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) division and forms the institutional credit risk management function within American Express. The CRU team plays the critical role of assessing and managing the risk of institutional exposures across all business units with American Express, and in all regions globally. Credit exposures are primarily generated through corporate and small business card programs, via merchant service relationships where non-delivery risk exists, and among the securities portfolio held for firm-wide liquidity. About the role

This role, WealthTech Operations Analyst, will be reporting to the Head of APAC Operations during the Project Phase, and transitioning into a Business As Usual position, working within a broader operations team. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of wealth management operating platforms, processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Phase

• Participate in the project to establish the abrdn Wealth Tech platform, being responsible for the Operations Target Operating model and processes
