We are currently recruiting for Technical Business Analyst to join the Singapore Office in a growing engineering consulting business.

About You

You’re a technical business analyst ideally with experience working with HR and Payroll systems. You will have the technical experience and credibility to understand the ‘big picture’ and break down processes into detail, enjoying the progression from complexity to simplicity. You’ll have experience working with developers and understanding complex data models.

The role

This role will enable you to be part of a step change in our technology program, at an enterprise level for Beca. Within the team, you will initially be supporting the delivery of an HR and Payroll system implementation, helping deliver one of the technology platforms to enable Beca’s second century of growth. Once delivered you will be part of the team that continues to enhance features, improve business processes and train the system users.

As the bridge between teams, you’ll be connecting with business leaders and technical teams to understand their needs, with the technical and analytical curiosity to probe and understand the ‘so what’. With a best practice approach, you’ll be completing technical documentation to capture designs, interpreting data to make sense of data migration activities. You will be defining needs and articulating how technology and software solutions can improve business processes. You will have the skill and desire to help configure and support the system when the need arises.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Information Technology discipline.

· 5-6 years of relevant working experience.

· Solution focus, creating the technology plans and program sequences to deliver change.

· Experience with technical documentation and business process.

· Ability to engage with people, foster confidence and influence acceptance and embracing of change.

· Understanding of HR and Payroll systems, with the ability to help support or configure when needed.

· Passion for the potential of technology, and how it can improve the ways we work, now and into the future.

· Schedule driven and self-motivated.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• 10 Years of experience in Core Banking is must and familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
