Main Responsibilities:

Main Duties

• Perform assessment on periodic reviews or trigger event reviews of existing relationships including but not limited to higher risk relationships. Job Summary:

Group Audit helps the Board and Executive Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of the Group. We conduct independent checks to ensure that the Group’s risk and control processes are adequate and effective. All our team members are highly sought-after professionals who work as trusted advisors to our clients, in all matters related to a company’s internal controls.

In CBG audit function, we look after a portfolio made up of Consumer Banking Group (including Wealth Management), Legal & Compliance function (including Financial Crime & Security Services) and Corporate Functions (such as CRESA & GSMC etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of BU/SUs - risk, product and processes regionally.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of processes and controls and develop appropriate tests to be conducted and ascertain the level of testing of controls required.
• Escalate issues appropriately and timely.
• Ensure concise and clear audit findings and reports are presented on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification, with at least 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the internal audit of financial services industry, preferably with relevant experience in consumer banking, wealth management and/or legal & compliance functions
• Self-motivated and demonstrates the initiative & ability to work independently and effectively with multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), i.e., able to articulate key messages effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team mates.
• Proven robust analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Accounting or internal audit qualifications (Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are preferred. Other AML professional qualifications would be desirable.

My client, a leading reinsurance broking firm is seeking an Analyst, Finance & Operations to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will support the Head of Operations as well as other Senior Management in all aspects of the financial management of the business units and ensure the delivery of the financial KPIs as defined by the company. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Monitoring revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted and reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.
• Reviewing monthly management financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes.
• Act as the key link between Finance & the Business Units
• Ensure that all controllable costs and those allocated costs where the Business Units has some influence (e.g.

Position: IT Application Analyst

Location: Alexandra Road (near MRT Labrador Park)

Salary: S$5,000 - 5,500

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understands company business processes in order to provide application support
• Understands how assigned applications work, data structure and workflow
• Ensures assigned applications operate at optimum levels through regular maintenance
• Works with business users and application developers to identify bugs, recommend and implement enhancements
• Provides identification, tracking and resolution of application problems, both on-board and within the office, on a day-to-day basis via the IT Ticketing system

The Manager will play a key role in overseeing and leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of:

The Manager can expect to:
