• Perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to you, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Work with UXUI designers to implement business requirements and; Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications
• Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.

Requirements:

• 3 years working experience as IT Business Analyst
• Experience with running Agile projects is a plus
• Experience with projects involving data analytics is a plus
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations

• Assist and summarize the monthly closing/forecast of all entities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
