CONFLICTS RESOLUTION GROUP

The Conflicts Resolution Group (CRG) evaluates a wide range of the firm’s business activities, including advisory, financing, principal investing, lending and certain other activities, in order to identify, assess, and manage actual or perceived conflicts of interest resulting from the firm’s new and existing roles, positions, and responsibilities, as well as reputational risks.
