• Manage consolidation of monthly forecasts with preparation of detailed commentary on variances, investigation of unusual variances leading to resolution of issues
• Develop periodic management reports and presentations
• Assist with daily scheduling, appointments and meetings, and follow up on action items
• Provide administrative support to the Management
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed

• Create business intelligence tools or systems which includes design of related databases, spreadsheets, or dashboards.
• Collect data from available industry reports, public information, internal database, field reports, or purchased sources
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients
• Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or computer science related / data analytics
• Candidates with no prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, MySQL), Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Business Intelligence tools (eg, Power BI)
