• Prioritize and perform the various testing/analysis in timely manner, in order to support the business requirements.

Education / Experience

• Diploma / Degree or higher from recognized institution with at least 3 years’ experience in Quality unit in the Biopharmaceutical industry
• Relevant work experience preferably Lab experience in a biotech or medically related field
• Familiar with Regulatory requirements and local Codes & Standards (e.g., FDA, EMEA, and ICH Guidelines)
• Good knowledge and experience of the practical and theoretical requirement of quality management system in GMP facility

What a Multimedia Design does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team to scale and execute campaigns, delivered with efficiency, finesse and high-quality.

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up.

The MES Functional Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support the digitalization and optimization of manufacturing operations. The specialist works closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, IT, and project management, to gather requirements, design system configurations, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems. This role involves overseeing the MES lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, validation, user training, and ongoing system support.

Description of Work:

• Implementing and configuring the Werum PAS-X MES system to transition from paper-based or manual operations in production areas.
• Collaborating with various functional departments to prioritize and gather MES user requirements, followed by system design and deployment.
• Contributing to project milestones such as reviewing company documents (e.g., SOPs, batch records) to identify specifications needed for creating electronic records.
• Developing and configuring MES components, including recipes, workflows, equipment setups, master data, and electronic batch records, to fulfil the operational needs of Manufacturing and QA teams.
• Assisting with the development and testing of MES-related protocols. Ensuring MES documentation remains compliant with GAMP 5 standards throughout the system’s lifecycle.
• Managing system change controls, configuration documentation, and creating test plans to maintain MES validation.
