• Sitting within Reserve Management department, the front office business analyst / product owner is responsible for managing the applications and processes used for portfolio management and trading of assets managed in-house.
• Work closely with portfolio management and trading functions to understand their business requirements, translating business-to-technical requirements and vice versa
• Design, build/enhance, test, implement and document processes/tools/systems in partnership with IT, middle and back offices as well as software vendors to support front office workflow
• Plan and work with department wise partners on implementing road map of front-office workflow feature development / upgrades
• Ensure front office processes and procedures meet internal standards for data integrity, security and auditability
• Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front office processes to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Manage project implementations with vendors, covering procurement and related administrative issues;
• Oversee change management to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working.

What we are looking for:

An undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields

• Preferably 3-10 years relevant working experience, including product management/ownership or system used in similar functions, preferably in investment or financial domain
• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design

Responsible for ensuring adherence to SDLC, Capgemini's client-specific rules, and policies, while providing robust support to Program Managers and Project Managers to enforce governance and promote strong synergy across all teams.

1. Budget Planning and Consumption Tracking:
