To carry out the various roles and responsibilities as an Agent Bank in the agency front function.

Job Responsibilities

Review draft loan documentation

• Review clauses relevant to facility agent and security agent roles for both new and existing transactions and to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

Set up new loans

• Check and reconcile conditions precedent documents prior to drawdown
• Monitor the necessary procedures for drawdown
• Obtain documents necessary for the new loans
• Set up various control sheets and internal records for ongoing monitoring

Manage loan administration function

• Manage loan drawdown and prepayment with support of Agency Ops team
• Provide advice to Agency Ops team on Ops matter : drawdown rollover, repayment or prepayment
• Monitor and follow up covenant and collateral monitoring periodically
• Manage the securities assigned to the loan agency

Handle waiver and various requests from Borrowers

• Process waiver / amendment requests relating to the finance documents
• Follow up with Lenders for their responses to the waiver / amendment requests
• Arrange and attend lenders' meeting, if necessary
• Collect and distribute various documents / information required under finance documents
• Follow up with borrowers for the submission of various documents as required under the finance documents or required by the lenders
• Dispatch relevant documents to lenders within a reasonable time frame
• Handle loan transfer, respond to general inquiry from borrowers and lenders and other relevant duties required of a loan agent

Administrative and other duties

• Manage the documents to be sent or retrieve from vault for the whole team,
• Maintenance of current accounts of the customers,
• Internal reporting and BCP procedure manual and processes,
• Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in agency and /or credit administration in banks with ability to read loan agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Able to work independently

• Work closely with the project manager and administer the design control system and programming to meet budget and timeline expectations of the project.
