You will be responsible for :

Ideal Candidate

• Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as LEED, etc.
• Building Mechanical experience, Chiller Plant , Energy Audit including dynamic simulation. familiar with energy modeling software
• Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
• Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.

1. Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of projects·

2. Co-ordinate with Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports·

3. To develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites·

4. To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities·

5. To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances·

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware

· Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of PCs/ NB/Servers, Network switch, Router, Firewall, Printer through regular maintenance & housekeeping

· Diagnosing and resolving of hardware and software problems, installing software and new applications as well as providing advice and assistance to users.

· CCTV Installation and support

· Responsible for hardware repair and replacement

· Setup and install Point -of- sales hardware and software

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma /bachelor’s degree in computer, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on embedded systems experience

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· A team player and technically motivated to solve problems
