Job Description
The incumbent will be required to design, control, implement and optimize automation systems and solutions:

• Responsible to support Projects and Operations (90%).
• Participate in development, execution, and deployment of IoT automation Projects or Products.

Responsibilities:

▪ Implementing the system in cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with the project requirement and operation support specification

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

Faber Garden Condominium (MCST. 1047) is a development with 236 residential units. It is currently looking for a Technician to be deployed on site, to ensure the smooth daily operations of the equipment and facilities in the estate. The Technician is employed directly under the MCST of the condominium.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspection, trouble shooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure the safety of the estate.
• Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action for facilities and to the Condominium Manager.
• Any other handyman assignments directed by the Management.
• Work with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills.
• For emergencies, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage (e.g. ACMV, lifts, fire protection, electrical DB, pumps, water tanks, taps and sinks and shower heads, leaking or choked pipes, etc).

Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday

• To receive and record technical and/ or application support and act as a level 1 support and provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for application issues.
• To maintain overall ownership of issues and ensure that issues are resolved within service level agreement. Escalate priority issues to level 2 support if required.
• To perform systems administration/ maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
• To administer local development servers and environments, such as setup, configuration, user account management and backup management.
• To manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on infrastructure managed.
• To provide occasional after hours support for routine preventive system maintenance (remote support).
• To perform database administration such as SQL Server
• To assist Technical Manager on any other tasks as instructed
