Job Responsibilities:

·Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery

·Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures

·Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

·Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively

·Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification

·Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports

·Diagnose and rectify technical issues

·Perform standby duties if required

Job Requirements:

·Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)

·Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

· Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment

·Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

·Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills

·Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage

·Good working knowledge with routers, switches would be an advantage

·Good working knowledge in hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS) devices

•Experience in hardening of OS, system and network equipment

•Experience in Patch Management

•Good Knowledge of IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.

Job description

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the group IT systems.
• Maintain and update existing group systems in accordance with established processes and standards.
• Provide reliable and efficient local support for the office, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Responsibilities:

1.Update and maintain the existing group systems, ensuring they are in line with appropriate processes and standards.

2. Provide local support for the office, which consists of approximately 40 people.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of services.

4. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT infrastructure.

5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills, professional experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proficiency in system administration tasks such as resources deployment, system updates, and troubleshooting.

• Design, deploy, and maintain the organization's system infrastructure, with a specific focus on Microsoft Office 365 (O365) technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable system infrastructure solutions using O365.
• Act as the subject matter expert for O365, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and proactively manage the O365 environment to ensure optimal performance, availability, and resilience.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches in coordination with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for O365 services.

• Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation for mechanical, software, and hardware components from the design phase of projects.
• Oversee the qualification and validation processes for projects in conducting risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test implementation during FAT & SAT process internally and partners’ sites.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of quality and validation of automated systems experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
