• Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or a related industry. Candidates with 4-5 years of experience may be considered for a senior position.
• Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, and IPC-610 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert in application security domain, IT security technologies and solutions
• Implement security best practices within software development lifecycle and collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and threat modelling.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and/or Solution Delivery Managers on projects assigned to draft requirements from business departments.
• Understand operations/ business functions and objectives to propose appropriate and efficient solutions.
• Run gap analysis and requirements validation workshops with key internal stakeholders to build up optimized digital processes.
• Conceptualize and Design user friendly user interface/flows.
• Prepare detailed specifications and design documents for business confirmation.
• Ensure detailed specifications comply with internal policies, procedures, standards, and audit requirements.
• Manage scope of work and project schedule together with project team to meet agreed timeline committed to business.

Skills / Experience

• Strong business domain knowledge in insurance or related financial industry e.g. (Banking, Fintech etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or consulting experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
• Experienced in supporting techno-functional assessments across functions in insurance. Life and Group insurance experience is preferred.
• Possess strong reasoning skills and able to bridge gaps between technology and business requirements.
• Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related presales and/or solution design experience.
• Working experience in the virtualization domain and/or hands-on working experience in VMware, Nutanix, Public Cloud IaaS, Public Cloud PaaS, Public Cloud DBaaS, Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Failover Clustering, MS SQL High Availability, M365 and/or Hyper-V.
• Working experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, MySQL, Ansible, and/or shell scripting.
• Working experience with Azure Cloud, AWS, or any public cloud provider.
• Demonstrated knowledge of x86 Servers, SAN Storage, backup solution, basic datacenter networking and network security is a must.
• Possess professional certifications in virtualization or cloud technologies (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, Nutanix, Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Conversant with the current virtualization and cloud products and solutions.
• Experience in VCF, NSX or SDDC is a plus.
• Good techno-commercial as well as good communication skills (written and verbal).
