• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Supervision of demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works
• To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works
• Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• Period: 36 months
• Start from: January 2025

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of commercial buildings
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Has minimum of 4 years' experience working with Linux and architecture.

Proven experience in:

• Building and managing both Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash and PowerShell).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud providers (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Must have Linux/Unix system administration experience (e.g. system troubleshooting, install software, modify operating system and application configuration).
• Require networking knowledge for troubleshooting network routing and firewall issues.
• Configure Agency’s existing Log Management System(s) to forward logs to GCSOC
• Set up LMS(s) at Agency (if they don’t have), either on physical server or virtual machine
• Must have Linux/Unix system administration experience (e.g. system troubleshooting, install software, modify operating system and application configuration). at least 4 yrs.
• With Windows and Cloud background (1-2 yrs)
• Require networking knowledge for troubleshooting network routing and firewall issues.

• At least 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
• Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E consulting firm.
• Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / BIM software is an added advantage.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independant and proactive.
