This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Testing of ISIR samples (type test) for product approval process (power, control & data cable) with compliance to company standards and verify compliance to the international cable standards e.g. EN / IEC requirements. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. To be able to operate all laboratory equipment in the process of cable type testing. Keep track of product approvals and Company's approved suppliers’ performance monitoring to ensure continuous product compliance to the intended specification. Corrective and preventive action process with supplier with CAR logging and follow-up for effective closure of complaints and issues related to product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA/QC Engineer/Assistant Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and review quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring all products meet required specifications.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and practices.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
• Support the preparation for external audits and customer inspections.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Define and implement the needed application monitoring for timely incident detection. Use monitoring as code whenever possible. · Supervise and monitor daily and monthly batch chains, which take place during the Singapore morning and early afternoon time, to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize downtime · Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality. · Streamline processes to minimize manual intervention. Change improvement · Release testing. · Performance analysis. · Production deployment and validation. · Production releases on weekend (rotating schedule within the team). · Qualifications and Profile · Basic knowledge of Java, PL/SQL & Linux. · Experience on Calypso version 16. · Hands-on experience in Calypso Back office functionalities: o Engines o Events o Filters o Reporting Framework o Scheduled Task o Message / Swift messages o Transfers o Settlement Delivery Instructions o Accounting o Pricers o Workflows o Reconciliation process · Understanding of financial assets (Repos, Bonds, securities) and trade lifecycle. · Experience with regulatory reporting (MMSR). · Willing to do On-call rotation with teammates to cover night and weekend support.

What you will do:

As Senior Sales Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for small accounts offering less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.

How you will do it:

• Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry.
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with YOY growth expectation in the region.
• Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company. Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on assigned vertical secured and revenue attainment as well as non-financial reporting to management team.
• Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
• Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
• Independently develop and follow up HVAC projects to provide solutions for customers.
• Responsible for the promotion of HVAC products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region.
• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
• Explore and execute end to end HVAC project, and provide product/industry solution to customer.

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling industrial machineries
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive, hunter personality
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
• Good spoken and written in English

• Mentor junior staff and assist with tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• To have at least 2 years of related working experience in Semicon Plant Precast design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (accredited by the Singapore Professional Engineering Board).
• Min 3 years of experience in structural design, specifically for reputable builders, with a strong understanding of building regulations and authority procedures.
• Proficiency in engineering design software and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
