• Experience with Aviation Ground Support Equipment, Engine or Airframe Tooling and Engine Transportation would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP Software and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good business acumen with a strong ability to accurately grasp market trends and customers’ needs
• Willing to travel on a frequent basis

Responsibilities:

•Administer and upkeep IT infrastructure, documentation, user accounts and SOP

•Provide IT operations and its functions to our local and regional offices for IT infrastructure, network, security, IP telephony as well as maintenance and update of users’ computer systems

•Provide technical support to staff/end users on PC hardware, software, applications and other IT related requests

•Assist in conducting user training on systems, software applications and IT security

Educational/Experience Requirements:

•Degree/Diploma preferably in IT or Computer Science

•Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

Skill Sets Required:

· PC troubleshooting.

· Network troubleshooting for both LAN & WLAN.

· Knowledge on Active Directory is required.

• Responsible for manpower, overtime and consumables planning and perform daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues.

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in High-Tech, High-Vol Manufacturing industry.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
