We’re looking for a Regional Digital Merchandising Manager to take ownership of our digital shelf strategy, ensuring our brand shines across e-commerce channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online content, leveraging data and insights to enhance customer engagement. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for APAC partner commerce sites, including assortment prioritization, digital shelf optimization, and other activities.
- Lead efforts to optimize content, SEO, monitor digital shelf compliance and performance, and oversee external partners
- Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to ensure successful strategy execution, encouraging open communication to improve performance and share best practices.
- Drive strategic tests and innovations with markets to replicate and scale successful findings.
- Partner with team members (internal and external agencies) to develop optimized content and assets for products, sites, and campaigns.
- Champion user-generated content programs, integrating shopper insights into campaign strategies and ensure implementation in offline and online touchpoints.
- Plan and create roadmaps for key campaign landing pages.
- Serve as e-commerce audience lead, guiding campaign development for a specific audience segment.
- Work with analytics team to develop data-driven insights creating visibility and recognition for results and advise future growth.
- Maintain external orientation to identify new opportunities and push the LEGO brand towards best-in-class benchmarks.

Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in eCommerce digital merchandising preferably in consumer packaged goods.
- Strong familiarity with top APAC e-commerce platforms.
- Proven expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies, with a focus on driving visibility and engagement.
- Proven track record in shopper marketing and project management, including creating promotional calendars, driving sales programs, and measuring results.
- Experience with user-generated content programs and incorporating customer insights into marketing strategies.
- Agility in managing multiple projects in a changing environment, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusting relationships with local teams and partners.
- Proficient in Digital Shelf Analytics tools, Content Testing Tools, and Microsoft Office.
