• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Maximize candidate lead generation, budget utilization, and conversion rates through a blend of digital and traditional recruitment channels.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a global team across recruitment streams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and development.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to track, report, and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring sustained performance and measurable growth.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in any related field
• Proven Talent Acquisition Leadership: 5+ years in a senior talent acquisition role, with a focus on scaling hiring strategies.
• Multi-Channel Expertise: Expertise in both conventional and digital acquisition methods, including SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and more.
• Data Analytics Mastery: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• High-Volume Hiring Experience: Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads to meet high hiring volumes (100+ hires per week).
• Leadership Skills: Strong track record in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a commitment to driving positive team culture.
