Responsibilities:

• Performing onsite hardware replacement including,
• Laptop/Desktop/All-in-one motherboard replacement
• Laptop/All-in-one LCD replacement
• HDD/SSD replacement, including reloading Windows-based operating system and drivers
• System Chassis replacement Eg. Palmrest, LCD cover, Keyboard, Touchscreen assembly
• Identify and troubleshoot PC fault symptoms like No post, No Power, No Boot, No Display, and other intermittent issues
• Provide technical support to the end users
• Ad-hoc as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in any discipline
• Good time management
• Good English verbal communication skills
• Process-orientated
• Preferably HPE Certified, Dell Certified or Lenovo-Certif
• Travelling required - Willing to commute to several customer sites in a day

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems apps
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, server application software and system management tools

• Act as the main point of contact and intermediary between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
