1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. The Infrastructure & Container Platform Support Engineer will act as a liaison between Application and Infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless implementation of infrastructure requirements for applications. Responsibilities and Duties:

Infrastructure Coordination & Support: Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams to define and set up the necessary infrastructure for applications. Address application infrastructure requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Technical Skills:
