Summary

As part of our APAC Private Banking Client Life Management function, you will be directly working with team to understand BAU functions. This role will include an end to end Client Life Cycle Management function nuances for HNI clients in Private Banking.

• Understanding the end-to-end BAU functions assigned under Client Life Management.
• Seek to perform an independent activities and quality check of client profile updates during Lifecycle Management process, including Client Corporate Structure, Source-of-Wealth, Account Onboarding and Screening, Tax, FATCA, PEP, Sustainability Risk, Reputational Risk and Client Risk Score, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Bank policies
• Be the Subject Matter-Expert (SME) in Focused Review processes, to assist with the implementation and delivery of continuous process/technology improvements

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master’s Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
• 2 to 4 years' experience in Client Life Cycle Management within the financial services industry with experience in conducting due diligence.
• Sound business acumen - a practical and positive approach to meeting CDD/KYC requirements in a client facing environment. Knowledge of or experience in a professional services firm would be beneficial.

The Resident Technical Officer (RTO) reports to the Resident Manager and is responsible for the supervision of upgrading/modernization projects undertaken by the Facilities Management Department. He will be required to support the growth of the Club to create conducive, excellent and sustainable facilities for the Club. This position will be on a 2 year contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist his supervisor to manage and supervise construction / project works, including M&E services such as ACMV, mechanical and electrical installation etc.

GMET department is responsible of developing and supporting the bank’s global markets division (Sales & Trading, Product control and risk management) with a multi asset classes exposures covering Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the GMET Front Office and Product control practice, the analyst will be responsible for:

· Analysing stakeholder requirements, formulating design and development proposals to enhance the global markets technology efficiency and meets Front office expectations

· Delivering and supporting the Global markets platform (Murex), managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.

· Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)

· Contributing and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues

· Interacting with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints

· Communicating the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified

· Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

Job Requirements

BS or higher degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent science oriented track

• knowledge of most common traded financial instruments is a MUST

• Must be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter

• 3+ years’ experience as a Front office / Product control system/business analyst or consultant in a leading trading platform.
• Previous experience with a flagship Trading system (ideally Murex) is an advantage

• previous experience in delivering projects in financial services – preferable Investment banking and Risk
• Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications in a project framework

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.

Job purpose:

• The role is part of the Local Regulatory Reporting team ensuring that we meet all the local reporting requirements to various regulators in Singapore. That includes local statutory reporting for Singapore entities.
• To act as the key contact for the local financial reporting of the entities located in Singapore both internally and towards the regulators
• To closely liaise with local Finance team to both understand the financials and update the local team of any developments and issues arising from own area of responsibility
